CADELACH - “Caput Laci” - Head of the lake
The “Ai Cadelach” restaurant is the brainchild of the couple Sergio and Giulia Grava, it started operating in 1970 as eating house serving simple home made dishes. Over the years, more facilities were added to the restaurant, namely rooms, meeting rooms, a lunge for banquets and a tavern where guests can enjoy music and entertainment. In 1985 more rooms were added increasing the receptive capacity of the Cadelach. Later on, an amazing swimming pool was built together with the open-air restaurant “Baracheta” and was followed by the restructuring of the tavern in 2002, which is now called “Magnader”, literally eating place. The newborn in the Cadelach family is the beauty and spa centre provided with 12 newly furnished cosy rooms and a meeting room.
